Lateral Moves readers come here to make a decision: which course to take, which tool to trust, which AI workflow to adopt, or which security fix to make first. That makes them a high-intent audience for products that genuinely help them. We work with a small number of sponsors whose products fit what we cover.

Ways to advertise
Sponsored articles
Practical, useful articles about your product, a use case, or a problem it solves, labeled "Sponsored" at the top and in the byline. We write or edit them to our standards, so they read like the rest of the site.
Product and course reviews
Send us access, and we'll consider your product for an independent review. A review can't be bought: we publish our honest verdict, including the downsides, and disclose that access was provided.
Product spotlights
A dedicated, labeled placement that explains what your product does, who it's for, and how to get started, placed on the articles and categories where it's most relevant.
Research sponsorships
Support a research project in your space, like a benchmark, a comparison, or a skills-market study. The sponsorship is disclosed, and the findings are ours.
Affiliate and performance partnerships
Commission-based arrangements for courses, software, and services our readers already need. Every affiliate link is disclosed. See Partner with us.
Newsletter sponsorships
Planned. Let us know if you'd like to be first in line when our newsletter launches.
Custom campaigns
Tutorials, learning resources, or a short series built around your product. We'll design the format together.
Our advertising standards
- Everything is labeled. Sponsored content and paid placements are always marked, and commercial relationships are disclosed on the page.
- No tracking pixels or ad networks. Placements are part of our own pages. We don't add third-party trackers, retargeting, or programmatic ads, in line with our privacy policy.
- Sponsored links are marked as sponsored. Paid links carry
rel="sponsored". We don't sell links for search ranking. - Our security write-ups and reviews stay independent. A sponsor can't buy a review score, edit a review, or influence coverage of a vulnerability.
- We review every request. We turn down products that don't fit or that we wouldn't recommend, including exam dumps, get-rich-quick schemes, spyware or stalkerware, gambling, and unregistered financial products.
- No guarantees. We don't promise traffic, clicks, leads, sales, rankings, or any other outcome.
